General Facilities Worker
There is an immediate opening for a full-time General Facilities Worker. Job duties include picking up mail from the Post Office in the mornings. Sort, process and deliver mail. Run all the daily mail through our postage machine and keep numerical account of mail. Prepare courier bags to go to the various branches. Assist with other various duties as determined by the General Services Manager. The ability to handle general maintenance tasks. Changing light bulbs, painting, basic plumbing, and general facility repairs such as doors, doorknobs, and locks. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge in many aspects of repair and maintenance work, as well as electric and carpentry skills, ability to multitask, be able to reach and lift materials as well as having the ability climb ladders and stairs and move furniture.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities. Ability to deal tactfully with co-workers. Ability to meet deadlines. Good organizational skills. A mature and professional attitude. Ability to perform basic clerical functions.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Bilingual Resource Specialist
There is an immediate opening in the Information Center for a Resource Specialist. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, have great communication skills with both members and co-workers, possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. Duties include fielding inbound calls and chats to assist members with analyzing, researching and resolving inquiries related to member accounts, conducting basic financial transactions and other various tasks.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

There is an immediate opening in the Collections department for a full-time collector. The ideal candidate will have past experience in collections, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be detail oriented. Loan Servicing
There is an immediate opening for a Loan Servicing Representative at our corporate office located in Chesterfield. Loan Servicing Representatives service all existing consumer loans and credit cards with the credit union. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and take pride in helping others.
Job duties include:
• Assisting members and other employees with Loan Servicing questions via inbound phone calls, live chats, and online tickets.
• Responding to requests for loan payoffs, letter of guarantees, and other requests made to the department via email and fax from insurance companies, car dealerships, and others.
• Providing support to the department in other various tasks including auditing loan documents, processing lien releases and releasing titles, processing title paperwork for refinances, processing inbound mail from other institutions and DMVs, filing GAP and debt protection claims, and posting loan payoff checks.
The hours for this position are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.

We are looking for a Mortgage Processor at the Chesterfield Corporate Office.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess excellent member service skills, have mortgage processing experience and be very organized. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting members in person and over the phone with mortgage applications, mortgage products and rates, verification of documents such as appraisals, flood verification, member employment and income.
